Jonathan Hurley (Jon) grew up in Northern Virginia and spent his entire upbringing playing in the hills of Fairfax Station and Clifton. There isn't a road or neighborhood around that he hasn't been down. Being native to this area gives Jon a deep knowledge of the neighborhoods, parks and recreation, restaurants, and the residents. He prides himself on the friendships, connections, and clients he's gotten to know over the years, and rarely goes out without running into someone and having a chat. He always has a great recommendation for places to eat, or areas to check out, and great contractors for your home or business. He attended George Mason University where he earned his bachelor’s degree. After college he joined a local investment firm where he worked with individual clients to identify their investment goals and created investment strategies to get them there. Knowing that homeownership provides an opportunity to build wealth, long-term savings, and financial stability, Jon bought his first home at 24 years old and has been hooked on real estate ever since. In 2020 Jon decided to follow his passion for investing, real estate and helping people to the next level by earning his VA Real Estate License and joining The Hardman Team Realty as a Team Lead and Realtor. Jon is excited to be back to his roots of helping individuals realize financial freedom through real estate investing and homeownership and looks forward to providing clients with a First Class and FUN experience! Jon loves helping clients win, and seeing clients starting new chapters in their lives. Jon resides in Fairfax Station with his wife Megan and three daughters Maryn, Grey, and Liv. In his free time, Jon likes traveling and checking out restaurants with his family and friends, tackling home improvement projects, and ending his days with a good glass of wine and/or bourbon.
